Daily Health Journal

This is a document I created when on my own wellness journey to track habits and patterns. I will write more about how I used it, but for now I wanted to get it up for anyone who may be interested. You can doodle something similar in your own notes or feel free to print and use this. It also came in handy for caretaking circumstances. In caretaking environments, I would often print out enough for a month at a time and place them in an essential binder with important records and notes.
