hOURS of POWER
Doses of wellness throughout the day
This space offers resources to create a conscious community for empowerment and enrichment. As an extrovert who reached such a place of burnout and has now long been dwelling in a state of being an introvert, I have felt called to create resources to help others connect in ways to sustainably manage the energy flow according to the roots and rhythms of their lifestyle. As humans, we crave connection. We need to feel understood, heard, and seen to feel reassured and empowered of our existence, but sometimes it can all get to be too much. This is when we need space, time, and sustainable connections that are nurturing vs draining. These things can be hard to come by. Introverts and folks that have reached a place of burnout need even more space, time, and enriching connections to release and restore their energy. Self-care is a big movement and catchy tag line these days, but self-care means something different to each person. Much of it depends on our perceptions, priorities, and resources. Ultimately, self-care is a state of mind. How we plant the seeds of thought and nurture them within our mind and spirit are what cultivate the cycles of growth. It is nice to have the private moments to regroup our energy, but those moments can be rare to come by. Therefore, it is vital for us to create practices of self-care in our daily life flow and within our responsibilities. I hope to help you create stepping stones on how to do that in a way that works for you and can continuously be revised as your life flow evolves.
